The facts will not change even when a huge section of population will deliberately refuse to accept the bitter & painful truth of the “Genocide of the Kashmiri Hindus!” To see the torturous life of over ‘5 Lakhs Kashmiri Hindus’ portrayed in the movie THE KASHMIR FILES, my heart is filled with pain and I am feeling the shiver down my bones. Well, hats off to Director and the Writer of the movie, Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri to present the facts, which was long due for the world to see and understand the pain and torture, which the Kashmiri Hindus went through in their own country.
As much as we are talking about the superb acting and an honest direction of the movie, the entire team of this incredible movie, “The Kashmir Files” needs to be acknowledged.

Well, for me it was necessary to mention all these people and companies, who are attached in the making of this movie, as these people and companies have the heart to present the hard truth to the world, even when they knew that several attempts would be made to stop them!
This sensational movie, The Kashmir Files presents the hard truth of the hardships and the plights, which the Hindu Community faced in the Muslim dominated land of Kashmir. Very bravely, the movie showed how the situations were becoming bad to worse for the Hindus in Kashmir with each single day in the late 1980s and early 1990s before the shameful genocide of the Kashmiri Hindus took place.
The story takes the audience back to the incidents of the early 1990s, which even the national media deliberately ignored and the politicians planned to ignore the whole incident, as the lives of Hindus never matters even till now in our national politics. Hindus were openly threatened to convert and accept Islam or leave the land of Kashmir that too without their women else, they would face death. Such shameful and communal remarks were made from the Masjids and the Islamic Religious Leaders used to release the names of the Hindus, whom the Islamic Terrorists used to kill in the broad daylight in front of everybody.
The story also presents how much morally and ethically corrupt was the former Chief Minister of the state of Jammu & Kashmir, who just turned a blind eye over the killings, rape, torture, abduction and force conversion of the Hindus in the Kashmir Valley. Even the police force became the agents of the Jihadi Islamic Terrorists, who were carrying the killings, rapes, abductions, tortures and force conversion of the innocent Hindus.
There are several learnings, which the world and especially the Hindu Community around the country and learn from this movie. For starters, the Hindu Community needs to remember that no one, not even the government in most of cases is standing with them so they have to there for each other in all situations. Hindus need to be active participants in their community and do not neglect their religion in the name of modernism. As it is in this modern world only, where they are selectively targeted and eliminated just for being Hindus. Hindus are not the vote bank of the political parties so it is highly unlikely that anyone will ever talk about the pains of the Hindus, which is why it is even more necessary for the Hindus to stay united.
Well, what we saw in this movie, THE KASHMIR FILES is so real that it is still happening in different parts of the country. Often we hear the news of violence over the Hindu Community in regions where the demography has changed and the Muslim population has increased. However, no concreate actions are taken over the Muslims in those regions for selectively targeting the innocent Hindus. Some prime examples are West Bengal, Kerala, few regions of Maharashtra and Telangana many more regions across India, where the Muslim population has increased. The movie openly & bravely showed the inhuman activities carried out against the helpless Hindus in the land of Kashmir where the Muslim population overtook the population of the Hindus, who are the native inhabitants.
Now, the Hindu Community can see the Kashmir incidents repeating all again bits & pieces in several parts of the country in instalments. Still, the media is hiding the facts of the ‘Crimes Against Hindus’ and the no one is blaming the Culprit Muslims, even when there are hard evidences and the Government is more or less ignoring these incidents. Therefore, this movie THE KASHMIR FILES has proved to be an eye opener for the Hindus across India and is enough to make the people understand what their future can be if they do not act now!
Moreover, the movie also showed us, how badly was the Article 370 of the Indian Constitution misused by the Jihadi Islamic Terrorists Outfits in carrying out the crimes against Hindus in Kashmir. Article 370 of the Indian Constitution was specially created by the first Prime Minister of India in order to impose it in the state of Jammu & Kashmir. This act of Nehru simply destroyed the lives of the several ‘Powerless Hindus’ in the Kashmir region. As the state got powers and status of an independent state and the ruling Chief Ministers of Jammu & Kashmir never feared the Indian Law and never cared for the lives of the ‘Minority Hindus’ and even kept quiet on the killings, rape, abduction, torture and force conversion of the Hindus as if they themselves wanted to happen so!
In addition, I must mention that to make a fact driven movie like, The Kashmir Files and to present the world with the harsh reality of the decades long plight of the innocent Kashmiri Hindus, undoubtedly the Director Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri took that incredibly brave step, which even no other directors & producers ever dared. Well, it is good to see that things are changing in the Indian Film Industry, which still works under the influence of the underworld dons at times. The even better part of the Indian Film Ecosystem is that the taste of audience is also getting better and people have finally been matured enough to demand for a quality content.
