Criticspace Journals: Welcome to Criticspace Journals, author. Congratulations on the release of your book. What responses are you getting from your readers? Please share your experience with this book.
Sadaf:  Thank you, everyone seems to be really excited to get their hands on the book and they’ve been giving sweet reviews. This book is written with lot of emotions and hopes. It did took me sometime to convence myself to actually write something for THE BOOK. I had lot of memories that I wanted to get rid of by writing them down so here are some in the book. This book is something I’ve experienced through my life. It will take the readers from the gloomy days to blissful ones.

Criticspace Journals: What encourages you to become an Author?
Sadaf: I really get my inspiration from the world around me, and it keeps me encouraging to write more of everything that is around. As a writer I’ve always felt how my words become strong when they’re written, and that is when I realised this is where I’m meant to be and it became one of my dreams to become an author.

Criticspace Journals: What are your favorite topics of writing? Please tell us something about your interest areas in the literature.
Sadaf:  my interest is in self love poems, I love to encourage readers to let them know how important is it to love ourselves, but also as a poet I like to do some experiments with my writing skills. I mostly write my poetry in free verse as most of the modern poets do.

Criticspace Journals: We were hoping you could tell us about some of those writers who had inspired you and whom you follow!
Sadaf: right now I’m obsessed with noor unnahar poetry author of yesterday I was the moon, she is such an amazing inspiration.

Criticspace Journals: The titles seem different and catchy; how you decided it? Please let us know the story behind it.
Sadaf:  Basically at first I started writing poems as it was planned. We knew the title had to be something that describes sadness, hope and happiness and we kept playing with words and ended up with “Gloom To Bliss” which felt aesthetic and unique.

Criticspace Journals: What are your achievements so far? Tell us something about your writing career.
Sadaf: I almost started writing during my highschool and was always appreciated and won prizes that is when I loved writing. I started a poetry page on my Instagram which helped me a lot to grow as a writer.

Criticspace Journals: What is your current goal in writing a career? How do you see your future in writing?
Sadaf: my goal would be, readers finding their home in my poetry which can comfort them. A successful poet SOMEDAY.

Criticspace Journals: Are there any other books being worked by you? Please let us know about your future projects.
Sadaf: I wanted to publish my debut book in my teenage and that’s what I did but right now I’m not working on any book for a while.

Criticspace Journals: How you see Indian writing in the 21st century? What changes do you see in the modern way of writing? Do you feel it has been changed by the time?
Sadaf: yes, I notice some changes in modern way of writing. It’s more free and easy to understand and write. Back in time it was meant to write according to the rules but there are many other tools which helps modern poet to express there words easily.

Criticspace Journals: How easy/ difficult it was for you to publish your book? What message would you like to give to budding authors?
Sadaf:
It takes a lot of reasearch and time to understand the process of publishing and to choose the right publishers. I’ve published my debut book with evincepub, I must say they are really good for beginners. My message would be just take your time, things may go long but do a well research and never give up!.
