She did her Masters in Computer Application followed by an M. Phil and has professional industrial and institutional experience. Neel Preet: First of all, Big Congratulations on your newly published book, “Balance Your Emotions and Be Your Own Coach” Pratibha! What responses are you getting from this book of yours? Please share your experience about this book.

 

Pratibha Tiwari: Thank you Neel. For every author, It’s a moment of extreme excitation while launching a book and receiving highly positive responses / feedback from readers. This excitation gets multiplied especially when it is his / her first book.

 

When I receive feedback from people stating they are not aware about the emotional balance and its power to transform their life. This book proves to be an eye opener for them. Their sincere feedback gives me immense pleasure & satisfaction which makes me smiling 

 

Neel Preet: I’ve read your book and I genuinely feel that it’s a “Life Transformation Guide” my next question to you is that what inspired you to write this book? What was the impetus behind this work of yours?

 

Pratibha Tiwari: Being a life coach, when I learnt life coaching techniques and applied on myself & others, the results had been quite amazing for me as well others.  It entirely changed my perceptions of living happy life. 

Later on, thought evolved in my mind to share my experiences to others. Subsequently I started writing gradually in an easy and understandable language which finally culminated into the shape of this book 

 

Neel Preet: You have written about the ways of maintaining the emotional balance and the paths of obtaining success in life by controlling our own mind and actions so, made you choose this subject matter to write upon?

 

Pratibha Tiwari:  We all know that emotions & balancing of emotions is very important in our life to live happily. It is also inherently clear that without emotions, human being is nothing but a robot only.  Since I had been a science student, where we used to base our work on research and facts. Hence my internal desire to share this researched and well proven knowledge with others led me to write this. 

 

Neel Preet: In the present era, we have seen a lot of people not been able to achieve the right balance and failing to have control over their emotions. So, while writing this book what was your mind-set? Is it based on any particular experience of yours?

 

Pratibha Tiwari: When I see the youth falling in depression, broken relationships or addicted to bad habits. This forces me to contemplate about the direction in which this present generation is going on. This thoughtful nature of mine about the wellness of others led to write this book.  

 

Neel Preet: Studying the subject matter of this book, I’m greatly impressed and I want you to explain us, your version of how this book is relevant in the present day scenario.

 

Pratibha Tiwari:  This book is no doubt very much useful in present scenario where we all are just running after a materialistic life without clarity on life goals. This puts lot of unwanted mental as well emotional pressure on us leading to highly stressed life. 

The various methods of balancing of emotions and handling of undue tensions described in this book are very much useful in dealing with present stressful life. 

 

Neel Preet: Pratibha you were very straightforward with your writings in your book, which I really appreciate. So next, I want you to tell us about some of those writers, who had inspired you and whom you follow!

 

Pratibha Tiwari: Yes, I am very simple and clear person that’s why I prefer to write the things in a straightforward way. I feel that when something is conveyed with scientific logics, it is always easy to understand and can be easily followed by others. 

Generally, I prefer to read the books which are subject oriented and I pick up the things which are logical & connect to my heart. 

As far as inspiration from others is concerned, I would like to describe that every author has their own & unique style and the same is applicable for me too. However I got inspiration from well known personalities like Tonny Robbins, Robin Sharma, Michael Hall, Robert Dilts etc.

 

Neel Preet: Is there any message which you would like to convey to your readers? Or any piece of advice, which you would like to give to the readers out there!

 

Pratibha Tiwari: I would like to highlight to my readers that everyone is unique & precious and has been bestowed with unlimited capacity within him or her. Just unleash yourself, bring out your best by practicing yourself as your own coach. Read this book and implement the methods given in this book for your day today emotional or mental stress issues. Definitely you will be very much happy & successful in life.

Pratibha Tiwari: Presently, I am doing my research about balancing between technology & positive psychology and writing the next version of this book. This book will further detail out scientific approaches to balance the emotions.
