Hello author, on behalf of all the readers, we would like to discuss something about you and of course, your book as well. This conversation will help reader to know more about you and your debut book. Please give answers in brief.
Most welcome to Criticspace Journals, Author. We heartily congratulate you for being a published author. It’s really a great achievement. First thing, we would like to know about your basic info as a person, daily life, career so far and anything you would like to share about you with your readers.
Your Answer: I was born & brought up in Bhilai. Graduated from Engineering College Raipur. While schooling I was crazy of reading books from various genres and at the same time participating in literary competitions also. In college I continued with the passion of reading, but, couldn’t continue as active participations.
After graduation, in Mumbai, I worked as professional engineer in various MNC’s and Corporates. While professional life, the passion for literary aspirations haunted me all the way till my retirement, but, couldn’t do anything significant.
Post retirement, somehow I rejuvenated my Literary cravings and finally MIRRRO alighted.
Despite MIRRRO’s weird fortunes, parallel I am working on its sequel, and 3 more Books/Novels of altogether different genres …..No hard-core schedules, no cosmetic targets, just flowing with Time and Nature…..
That’s really great; please tell us something about your journey of becoming an author. When you actually started writing and how was the circumstance? Did any person or situation influenced you to write your debut book or was it your childhood hobby of writing?
Your Answer: Yeah, as I told earlier, I had deep rooted aspirations to connect myself with the entire world through writing something unwritten so far….but, due to life-survival challenges, couldn’t did anything significant throughout my professional life.
Meanwhile in 2001, I started little bit, but remained silenced open-endedly.
Then in 2012, out of inexplicable scenarios, an idea was haunting me almost stubbornly…so started penning down, but almost inconsistent with unmanageable gaps of days, weeks, months & years…… which after my retirement in 2018, finally took shape as genesis of MIRRRO.
As far as any influencer (person or situation) for the debut novel – As we all undoubtedly agree to the fact that, if we watchfully observe life around us, there were many stories happened before we came into this world…there are uncountable stories happening every now & then, populating more than real lives, some enjoy attentions, some die unsung, some convey future signal ….it’s up to us how to evolve those stories?
To me, amid all the odds, my country is the biggest fascination….its history, its civilization, its values, its uniqueness …but, its current scenario which questions its suppressed potential to revive back to the ancient rich stature enlightens discovering ways and means through creativity sometimes!
Do you think someone could be a writer if they don’t feel emotions strongly? Be descriptive please so that our visitors know about you little more.
Your Answer: Emotions are oxygen of any story, and, feeling intrinsically the essence of emotions is breathing, which when collaborates with an idea give birth to a soulful story… and then that story, if, read well in sync with those emotions, keeps it alive in hearts & minds of born readers…
Elaborating further, the journey of any story starts when someone gets influenced under the gravity of any real life happenings or any sheer imaginations to the extent – converted into an idea… then gets assimilated with any emotion or set-of-emotions (Nav-Rasa)… which sync the neurons, heart & soul so cohesively, that then it starts flowing naturally like a river through ink on terrains of paper…finally giving birth to a soulful story…which may or may not resonate the hearts around, which may or may not glitter like gold…but, shines for ever like sun & moon, not like stars in hearts of those who loved it unconditionally…..
What I feel is that…story can be created smartly – mechanically with convenient ideas, while emotions glued here & there without having felt truly, using references out of choices….but, the outcome will be a bed-ridden half-live half-dead soul with multiple-organ-disorders. It may be glorify using well guided proven strategies of sales & marketing, but, won’t resonate with hearts around….
How do you come up with the titles to your books?
Your Answer: The title is very much synced with essence of the story.
MIRRRO – is derived from a well-known word out of unique situation for unique character, which is intriguing, but relatable with the philosophy of human life.
WEIRD – The perennial issues/problems encountered in this story are known, already existing in our life. But, their solutions are unthoughtful, unimagined…which never ever happened as SOLUTIONS in any part of the world…means WEIRD in nature in most of the senses
WAYWARD – The actions taken against the perennial issues/problems delivering weird solutions are not Democratic, not Law-Abiding…but very much Autocratic, challenging the Law to rejuvenate itself to cater better justice rightly and timely…
So, finally it shaped as – MIЯЯЯO @ THƎ WƎIЯⱭ WAYWAЯⱭ
What, in your opinion, are the most important elements of good writing?
Your Answer: Tricky question….see, this is my debut novel…still to be evaluated by reviewers & critics, by sales statistics, and through many more applicable parameters. So, in my opinion I don’t deserve to respond to this question justifiably…still I am learning…may be in future I may find myself deserving responding to such highly important question.
What comes first, the plot or characters? How do you develop your plot and characters?
Your Answer: As a debut author, just one book old author, I can share my experience only, irrespective of whatever being enlightened in the book world so far.
To me, the idea came first, which was very close to my heart – The Golden Bird – India. Which lost its glory, stature while being invaded and enslaved by foreign rogues of the then times…..then after independence by amateur pseudo democrats.
Perennial issues/problems remained inattentive or least-attentive in varied scales and shapes. The question arises, what is the use of such collective rich inheritance, wisdom, intelligence, resources we are having as a Nation…if we can’t find solutions of permanent nature? What is stopping us to extinct those problems from our System? Are we going to repeat submissiveness against adversities, just like few failed ancestors? Or are we going to combat against those adversities like few fearless, die-hard dare-devil ancestors, who were never ever submissive against any life-threatening crisis.
We all sometimes praise our ancestors for time-proven worthy things they inherited for us, but, never ever hesitates to condemn them for those inheritances which doesn’t support echo-system of this generation.
So, now the question arises – what kind of inheritances we want to transfer for the coming generations? …….The same problems we are suffering of, or, life-friendly human-friendly echo-system ensuring better life than us by all means?
But, in today’s independent India even after 70 years of independence, most of the populations are well fed – “Sabka Pet Bhara Hua Hai”…People gestures any response out of vested interest or out of convenience only, hardly anybody is having true emotional bond intrinsically ….So, in such scenario what can be done?……
So, the plot ideated first in the heart, not in the brain….with India & its perennial issues/problems, and, their permanent solutions in epicentre. Then it started evolving with birth of characters having DNA with deep-rooted emotions & traits, who in quest of life-journey coming across varied situations…their emotional quotients, psychological vulnerabilities, behavioural traits, nature of responses drives the story in a fictitious way….
So, the summary is – first plot, then characters…
Are you on social media and can your readers interact with you?
Your Answer: Yes I do exist in social media, but, not so hyper-active. Yes, few readers interacted with me, and, it was so emotional for me. Yes, I would like to interact with all readers…but, feel that, social media has its on virtual limits & invisible limitlessness also….I wish to have real-life interactions, collaborations, for betterment of myself as an author and betterment of readers as real-life motivators. Let’s see what happens?
Please tell the reader something about your book. – I think sharing the blurb might put adequate light about the Book….

INDIA, as a developing Nation, grown up manifolds and on the verge of being World’s Super Power with Richest Economy. But at the same time many perennial social problems also grew manifolds, remained inattentive and giving birth to exponential intensification to grievances. The volcanoes of grievances led to Genesis of MIЯЯЯO…
MIЯЯЯO’s unpredictable fearless Modus-Operandi breaks all the Laws and leads to the out-of-the-box solutions as Weird Way Ward, to rejuvenate the Eco-Systems of today’s hypocritical SYSTEMS… it’s up to the discretion of the PEOPLE, to allow or not!
The Story indicates India’s perennial problems through the eyes of the Protagonist, who always dreamt for the solutions as his own personal aspirations, but, couldn’t succeed meeting even single one, out of his own personal flaws. Time compels him taking help of someone, whom he never believed cordially.
Out of gist of many, only 3 problems are selfishly picked-up by the Protagonist, which hurt him most personally.
MIЯЯЯO weirdly solves those 3 problems with the essence of absolute cleansing as permanent solutions… Will INDIA wish to have such weird, but, permanent solutions to all other problems? Let TIME tell…
What is your message to those readers who have still not read the book. – I feel that each single reader also feels very strong emotional bond with the Book, she/he reads. As far as liking/disliking and nature of reviews are concerned – it totally depends on individualistic judgement out of their own expectations, aspirations, experiences, choices, preferences and at the same time the merit of that Book from the Reader’s perspectives.
But, despite all genuine truths, I feel that a Reader’s role is so powerfully important in life of a Book, that a single reader (out of 130 Crore National Population & out of 700 Crore World Population) can change the fortunes of a Book….
So, its my open aspiration and selfish request that – please read my book, if still not read. Because, you can change the destiny of MIRRRO – the Book. You’re few bucks, your time and energy for reading the book, your review can add life to my Book – MIRRRO.
Why they should pick it up for reading? Reference to the reviews received so far, I can prudently share that majority of readers expressed few common facts about this Story / Book, which in their opinion makes it as a must read –

2. Nationalism – It covers concerns about our Nation as on today, and, in the future. It highlights various issues for rebuilding of our Nation to regain its lost glory and to become Superpower again.

And yes, the most important thing we would like to hear from you is what is your message to those new writers who have not yet started their journey of becoming an author? You have been their source of motivation, please convey your thoughts with them.
Your Answer: I am not comfortable against this question also, because, what I feel is that a debut author might not deserve guiding novice lot. Because, whereas the debut author still to be evaluated holistically to reach the limits of universal acceptability…and just one book can’t adjudge to designate her/him to the noble role of a motivator…
But, as it is asked as a protocol….I would like to say that – once you find yourself there in the worlds of ideas, thoughts, creativity, emotions…just continue moving ahead & ahead, never ever stop, keep on writing, writing, writing….till your story get born in public domains…
