Author Story Article Release

Hello author, on behalf of all the readers, we would like to discuss something about you and of course, your book as well.  This conversation will help reader to know more about you and your debut book. Please give answers in brief.

Most welcome to Criticspace Journals, Author. We heartily congratulate you for being a published author. It’s really a great achievement. First thing, we would like to know about your basic info as a person, daily life, career so far and anything you would like to share about you with your readers.

Your Answer: I’m an engineer by degree. I love to share my knowledge and experience with others so currently, I teach computer science to students. Writing is my hobby. Whenever things burst out of my mind, I write.

That’s really great; please tell us something about your journey of becoming an author. When you actually started writing and how was the circumstance? Did any person or situation influenced you to write your debut book or was it your childhood hobby of writing?

Your Answer: Yes, I got inspiration from my literature teacher when I was in the seventh standard. He complimented me when he saw my published poem in the regional magazine. The journey to becoming an author is not hard or complicated, I did what my heart said.

Do you think someone could be a writer if they don’t feel emotions strongly? Be descriptive please so that our visitors know about you a little more.

Your Answer: Emotions play a vital role while penning down the words. A reader imagines the character and feels the emotions while reading. But still, there are some genres where emotions aren’t required much…like crime fiction and thriller and people could write these genres even if they don’t want to include emotions.

How do you come up with the titles to your books?

Your Answer: There is no special recipe for the titles of my books. I imagine who my book is revolving around.

What, in your opinion, are the most important elements of good writing?

Your Answer: A peaceful mind, a peaceful place and a peaceful time.

What comes first, the plot or characters? How do you develop your plot and characters?

Your Answer: After deciding the genre of my book I summarise the plot in my mind. I create the characters later.

Are you on social media and can your readers interact with you?

Your Answer: Yes, I’m on social media and I love to see what’s happening around me and the world. When someone familiar to me reads my book, yes he/she interacts.

Please tell the reader something about your book. What is your message to those readers who have still not read the book? Why they should pick it up for reading?

Your Answer: My first book: A Girl from The Village is a romance fiction and story of three friends and how some differences tear them apart. It’s a complete novel. The second book: The Different Souls is a collection of nine short stories inspired by surroundings. There are always some stories constantly happening around us and we always get a lot to learn from them.

And yes, the most important thing we would like to hear from you is what is your message to those new writers who have not yet started their journey of becoming an author? You have been their source of motivation, please convey your thoughts with them.

Your Answer: For new writers, I want to say that just go with the flow. Never pressurize yourself to write otherwise you will lose the fun of writing. Writing can never be boring since it comes from the heart. So, just wait for your heart’s signal and then start writing. You don’t have to think your story, it should be automatically in your mind. You just have to think about how it should be presented in words. Every author has its style of writing. I prefer a very simple language because of my audience. So, you should choose yours.
